“Lost luggage and no customer service”

I travelled with Air France to Egypt via Charles De Gaulle airport from Dublin on Saturday November 26th Dublin to Paris on AF 2479 and from Paris to Cairo on flight AF0508 I paid €175 for return flights Dublin Paris and I Paid €1267.88 for Paris Cairo return, for what was to be an 8 day special trip with my son.
I booked Premium Class, a very special treat and was delighted with the generous baggage allowance, I was therefore able to bring my best items of clothing with me, as we were spending part of our trip on a 5 star cruise, also staying in nice 5 star hotels along the way. With the tight baggage restrictions on airlines these days this was truly a very special treat to be able to dress in "my finery" in the evening.
to my horror and distress I spent from Saturday until 9pm Tuesday night in the clothes I left Ireland in and had to travel overnight by train in the same clothes with no change and none of my toiletries, this certainly ruined the "special treat" of travelling Premium Class.
Whats worse is that to the time of writing this I have received no apology or communication from Air France, is this the way to treat a passenger, very very disappointed.
