“Inflexible and complex systems deter me from renewing”

They are cheap, reliable and the software is comprehensive and easy to use - but their customer service is appalling. They don't seem to want to help and when they charge you the wrong price (and they will because their on-site sales are overly complex and don't reflect the offers that they make on their home page) they won't refund. Oh, and if you want to change your hosting package you'll need to cancel the whole thing, delete the website and upload again.

With reluctance I'm moving all of my websites after 2.5 years of using them. They seem intent on making life as difficult as possible for the customer - and life is too short to spend it trying to work around their complex and inflexible systems.
