WRITE A REVIEW

I ordered some items for my dogs. They arrived extremely late despite being very small and only 3 items. When they arrived one item was missing, they had handwritten 'out of stock' on the order form. Why are they selling items as in stock on their website if they don't have them? I will not be using this company again. Very slow and obviously the website does not keep up to date with stock levels.
