“Booking system”

The web site was easy to navigate, when the booking was made a confirmation e-mail was received immediately. The fact that you could cancel if you were unhappy with your choice of hidden gem hotel only added to the confidence I had in the site. Two days before we were due to depart we received a furhter e-mail stating that the company had been intouch with the hotel in order to confirm that everything was still ok;this again added to my belief that we had chosen the right company to book with.
