Just do not use them if you respect yourself and you own time.
They do not provide a customer support for dedicated servers, but they do advertize it. When i have mentioned this fact, they just told me that I have commitment for 12 month contract, and cannot stop the contract as i ordered it for business. And of course they refused to refund it. By the way I was not notified about 12 month commitment when ordered it by the phone.
They are such a sharks. I do strongly recommend not to use them.
