“3 months membership total rif off”

I joined David loyd in June 2010, signing up for a 3 mth contract, also paid there inflated price for the luxury of doing this, my membership finished in August 2010, and as i wasnt made aware that i needed to cancel the membership, or it would go into a renewable membership, 15 mths on i am still paying £88.10,
unfortunatley i dont check my bankstatments or i would of noticed this much much earlier, they can see that i havent used the Gym, also have a hand written letter from one of there girls in membership,stating that hopefully i will get a full refund, also stating how much i am due to get , but unfortunatley they are only prepaired to refund my half of this, blaming me for not reading the terms and conditions. They have treated me like a fool for not checking my bankstatment,and were unpreparied for me to speak to someone in authority
