“Ikea sofa review terrible!! Do not buy!! ”

After only a couple of mouths our sofa begin to creak when you sat down. After a year on of the legs snapped off we contacted ikea had two visits to look at the sofa to get it checked out by an independent monitoring company, one costing us £35!! As they refused to pay for a second visit when we refused to believe that they had done a true report. After the last visit and the other front leg and right arm snapped off and we contacted ikea again again finally we got a letter saying it was wear and tear and was our fault and therefore it did not come under the 10 Gurantee falsely advertised on thir site. Obviously this was untrue myself and my partner are not obese, have not children or pets and used our sofa everyday like any normal couple. Disgusting complete false economy will never buy from ikea again absolute disgusting customer service and lying to their customers selling poor quality good and exploiting good nature of loyal customers, Not any more!
