I ordered goods to the value of £96 and phoned studio to enquire when delivery due was told cheque not received but this was posted by me on the 19th and was processed on the 25th november according to bank statement
studio not accept this so paid the bill by credit card and went to cancel cheque but then found out it had been drawn
so informed studio and again they denied they had cheque
contacted credit card company and inform them of scenario and now have to send evidence of both transactions to catalogue and credit card company
and hope to get money back from them and and wont have to pay credit card
will never deal with studio again as they have had double the amount from me in relation to payment
