“wheelies direct ,my expereance”

Orderd a moon x power 300 with wheelies direct because of the great price,
it arrived on time ,no problem .
but after only 8 uses it would not work,spoke to wheelies who told me i had to return it to be sent off to the maker to be repaired.no problem
after 3 weeks of hearing nothing i have emailed and rang them
at leat 6 times and recieved no reply as to what has happend to the item.
they offer a good service right up until you recieve the goods ,then i am affraid you are one your own should you have a problem.
very poor customer service .
will now shop local where they offer price match .and i can go and talk face to face with the shop keeper should a problem arise
