“Unreliable with awful customer service”

I attempted to purchase several items, the value of which would have been over £700.00.

I registered on-line and sent an enquiry to them to ensure that all the items i required were in stock as i have been informed that their stock system IS NOT LIVE.

Having waited nearly 24 hours for a reply i decided to login again to see if there was any update on-line. They had DELETED my account.

I'm assuming this was to ensure that they did not have to answer me, do any work to find out if the items i required were actually available or alternatively admit that their website is misleading due to the lack of investment in a decent stock control system.

I am now going to a small independent retailer who treats their customers as valued and as far as large stockists are concerned - i have one word - DECATHALON !!!!!!
