“dishwasher broke within a month”

I bought a dishwasher which has broken down within 5 weeks of use. I have called Bosch and they can't send an engineer out for a week. They said to call Dixons. When you call them and answer all of their automatic questions you get put back through to Bosch. I called again and ignored all the questions so that I was put through to someone human. They Dixon's said I had to wait for the engineer.
