I brought a sample of this product to try and i definately noticed my teeth were whiter. I have just brought more strips and it definately makes your teeth whiter, i have had no pain whatsoever the only thing i have had is when i was removing the strips some of the gel got on my fingers and it started to burn me! i quickly washed it off and it was fine but luckily it hasnt done that to my gums, i brought these so my teeth will look whiter b4 my wedding and ill definately use them again nearer the time.
