So i get my 70% off studio catalogue through the post, seems simple, order online and put an order code in to get discounts. I do so, and get a confirmation email back, saying total is £46.17 which i am happy with. until i recieve the items, with an invoice of a staggering £81.97, so i phone them up, they say there is no proof that i was given the total of £46.17,and to send the back the email for proof and they will be in touch, so i send my email back and wait 10 days for a response. I get NOTHING. I ring them back a 2nd time, and get told the order code, i put in was for free delivery and NOT discount, well funny that, i have already had a confirmation email with 70% discount prices, i then get told to ring back in a week. Which i did today,i told them they were useless and keep getting me to ring back, and nothing is being done, they then say they will give me my discount prices on 2 of my items but not the coffee table i would have to pay the full £69.99 for that, although i had already recieved a confirmation of 39.99, i told them that seeing as since i brought the coffee table i had seen it somewhere else for £35.99 i would not pay 69.99 for it, by which the lady said, well i will cancel your order then. this is an absolute joke rather than admit responsibility they cancel my order, last thing she added to our conversation was, next time you shop with studio.......well there will NOT be a next time!!!!! Ive shopped with studi 3 times and 2 out of 3 times, i have had major problems !!!!
