“eccles branch avoid the manager”

my mother left the store the other day crying as a direct result of the manager. she went in to get some keyrings and pictures done. the manager messed up the pictures was rude and very patronising...... my mother has had and spent alot of money in this store and normally recieves good service. a friend made a complaint and my mother returnred to the store a few days later to recive yrt agin this awful service
