“Bad service, not good value.”

Avoid reactivating! My membership expired some time ago so I went to the website to reactivate. I used to pay £6.99 a month so you would think that reactivating would be the same cost or similar but it isn't. Reactivating customers are put on a higher £14.99 tariff, there isn't an option to go on the lower £7.99 tariff. I only realised this after I had clicked 'continue' on the credit card details page. So I rang up straight away to cancel and request a refund. Despite speaking to a supervisor I was told this wasn't possible. There was no attempt to retain my custom, just them telling me it was my fault for not reading it properly, which I had admitted at the outset.
