I ordered a dress and I needed to get it a week earlier than it was available according to their web-site info. I contacted their customer service and they responded very quickly. They assured me that they can do it on time but I need to chose express delivery. I did everything they said. Five day before delivery date I contacted them by e-mail to find out how it is going and I got no response. After that I contacted them a few more times by e-mail with the same result. Then I decided to use live-chat on their web-site and they told that I shouldn't worry - they will provide me with a tracking number by e-mail. It didn't happen and I started to worry. I used live-chat again and they gave me a tracking number. The dress came with 1 day delay and it was fine with me.
The Bottom line - customer service should be improved. It is very unpleasant when your e-mails stay without the answers and it makes customers to worry. The rest if fine, thank you.
