We bought ticket online with right passenger name. On the receipt in the return email, the name was right too.
However, when we arrived at the airport, the passenger's first name got totally wrong. According to the check-in manager, it was this agent who gave the wrong name. We contacted this agent multiple times. Every time, we needed to wait about 10 minutes. The agent said that they called the air line's (Air China) reservation center to correct name. The airport check in manager called the reservation center too and told us no one contact them. After 3 hours, we end up to buy another much more expensive ticket (400$ more at the price of $1330 for a round trip.) at the airport and sent the 70 year old passenger to the airplane. This is really a bad experience.
In my case, I think that this agent has two bad practices. At first, they should got the name right. (I really do not understand how they got the name wrong since it was booked on-line and we typed in the right name.) At the second, when things go wrong, they just tried to avoid their responsibility and do not help at all.
I do not recommend this agent. Actually, I suggest that you avoid this agent.
