“Avoid buying livestock from these”

Bought six fish from pets at home a week ago three died within 24 hours of having them and the other three developed white spot which two died from. So overall out of six fish five have died and one is still alive (barely).

We have regular water checks on our water and our water quality is fine. They ask you a hundred and one questions before you buy the fish but really they don't have a clue.

We have sent an e-mail to pets at home to complain and still have not received a reply.

the only thing i could suggest to anyone who is thinking of buying fish from then is to take a water test kit with you and do an on the spot water test before you buy if they refuse or you aint happy with the result avid them with all cost.

I will not be buying any livestock from this company again and strongly recommend that people also do the same.
