“Horrendous streaming issues and an ipad app with no...”

I watched 1.21 mins of Mr Nice without a problem, then the film dropped out. I then spent ages trying to watch the last 30 mins of the film to no avail. I tried on my PC, may mac and my ipad along with my Samsung TV which is on our WiFi network. I tested my internet connection on numerous other steaming sites and it works perfectly. I have spent hours on the phone to the people at Lovefilm, who whilst being very apologetic and personable have not resolved the issue and are still blaming my connection speed which has a ping of 25ms a download speed of 9.87mbps an upload speed of 1mbps. They say my speed is 1mbps LOL, I have also tried to log in at 2 different friends houses and stream the movie but it is totally useless. It's not just the film I was trying to watch either it's any film I try. NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVE CANCELLED, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE IS MY ADVICE ON THIS ONE....
