“Forget the after-sales service!”

I purchased the above unit only to find on installation that the items were poorly made. There was a gap of 10mm between the unit and the wall and an unsighly gap between the front of the basin and the facia panel.

My big mistake was to rectify these shortcomings myself and make a reasoned approach to the store to advise them of the problems I encountered.

After several weeks and the promise of a response, no such response has been received.

The moral sems to be with Bathstore - good deals but heaven help you if anything is wrong!

I just wish I had read the reviews before spending my har earned cash with Bathstore!!!
