I recently upgraded with phones 4u, and they advised me to take out insurance I told the, I can claim through my bank anyway - they said just take it out, Ill give you £10 cashback to cover you for the first month, I went on then to find out my bank to insure my handset, So I called up premier plan spoke to an agent called Mike who was extremeley rude. I only asked could I remove my insurance and he then went on to quiz me why and who is my bank with and checked up and said they wont cover you. I just then said can you just remove it anyway for me please he then said "IVE TOLD YOU 3 TIMES I AM GOING TO REMOVE IT" when he clearly hadnt, I said there is no reason to be rude, your giving bad customer service, you dont speak to a customer like that. He started to hesitate then started to be nice to me telling me thats been removed and could he help me with anything else. I couldnt believe how rude he was very bad interaction and rapport. I was nothing but nice throughout the call, dont go with them take insurance directly through o2 are your bank
