“Do NOT Sell Tickets with GetMeIn”

The site did NOT notify me of the sale of my tickets and proceeded to charge me almost £200 when I 'failed to send' the tickets.

My boyfriend and I attempted to sell tickets through this site after we genuinely couldn't go to see Bon Iver. After a few days, they had not sold and, as the event was coming up and we didn't want to lose our money, we sold the tickets on ebay. We heard NOTHING from GetMeIn until they recently charged my boyfriend's account almost £200.

They said this is because we failed to send the tickets, however as we had no notification of sale and were completely unaware, we do not understand how this should be allowed.

We would advise people NOT to use the website but if you do READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS - this applies to BOTH people buying and selling.
