“jejamescycles customer services for inner tubes 20x1 1/8”

Hi,
This is my first time of writing a reveiw I went on to ebay to look for inner tubes and found what I was looking for on a link that took me to jejamescycles and I ordered two inner tubes on Monday 21-11-2011 and were delivered by wednesday 23-11-2011. I found there customer service to be excelent. I was kept informed at each stage of the dlivery process both by email and phone text. From the order being recieved processed and collected from the warehouse. To its arrival at the local transport depot and expected time of delivery. The goods were delivered well within the given time bracket. An excelent service well done by all concerned.
