“Nightmare”

We ordered a number plate from them and faced the same issues as everybody else. No response to our numerous telephone calls or emails. We never received the plate or a refund. Later we found the company had set up a continous credit agreement on our credit card. We paid through Sagepay which we thought was safe. Apparently the seller can view you entering your payments details in the box on screen.They only see the last four digits and the expiry date but can use this to give instructions to their bank to set up a continuous payment. This was explained to me by an employee of Sagepay. You cant cancel it believe it or not, only the company who set it up can!!! Eventually our bank on instruction from the the police helped us. So check your bank or card details. It was a total nightmare! In fact we lodged a complaint with trading standards in Cambridge and the police and I would advise any other people who have been duped by Easy Number Plates to do the same. The more complaints then the more chance that they will be investigated and shut down.
