They are worse than terrible. They use your custom as a vehicle to make extortionate charges to just about anything you do to the policy. I Had a arwful experience with this horrid company. Saff are rude and very unhelpful. Not at all professional. They will try to make a profit out of each and every policy. So beware! They will charge you and you won't even know about it. They are an absolutley arwful compqany to do any dealings with. I would never advise anyone to take a policy out with them. they con you!
