Ive been with Meteor for over two years now, coverage was always good, but became worse in the last 4 months. I thought it was my (very old)phone and three weeks ago i signed a 18 month contract for an Iphone 4. Then coverage went. I can not make calls in my house AT ALL. Coverage (which is only ever 2bars) disappears as i park the car at the gate.
Anyway i call Meteoir and get dropped from call waiting TWICE! But I have to say that once i did get through they were very nice about my issues and gave me some honest feedback on some technical issues. I live in Dublin 7 and there is a damaged mast close to me that has not been repaired. Ive been told that the mast will be repaired in the next week and they have refunded me my bill for this month. So I cannot complain yet, I just have to wait and see if the mast gets reparied now....fingers crossed!
