Where do I start? SLOW is an understatement, unreliable, I never know if my mail is going to open. We keep losing business because of them - new customers are not impressed when we do not reply to their requests promptly or ask them to resend their documents to our private mail. Messages come with 1-2 hours delay. Quite often the whole system is down. Customer service is useless. Stay away!
