“Worst Thing I Own!”

This boiler has given me no end of stress since being fitted in 2006. Have had various plumbers out to it 11 times since installation, including two days before Christms last year and Christmas day itself. Took the poor guy 4 hours to fix it. Fingers crossed it's been ok since but absolutely dreading the predicted killer winter that's on its way. If you're unlicky enough to have one of these boilers MAKE SURE YOU HAVE BOILER INSURANCE, you're virtually guaranteed to need it. Ideal should be hung drawn and quartered for selling this product, or at least be made to carry all repairs out FOC, because the problems are clearly manufacturing/design faults and we shouldn't be left picking up the bills.
