“Better than expected!”

Unfortunately inspite paying for a higher grade of car, we ended up with a one litre engine car. However it was adequate for our needs.

Some damage was sustained to the car and I expected them to take the whole of the damage charge (as we had not opted for the damage waiver), even tho the damage only required a small amount of body work. However they only took a couple of hundred pounds, and although I did have to chase them to find out if I was due a refund, I did get it in the end.
