“Resolution centre is a disgrace... No protection”

I sold 3 items to he same person.

The items had been sent from UK to Australia by surface mail, and this takes 12 weeks.

The buyer knew about the postage times, but reported item to paypal via dispute as not delivered after 4 weeks.

I submitted Royal mail website as evidence of 12 week postage times, and also uploaded a photo of proof of postage.

PayPal still settled in full favour of the buyer, taking all funds from me, and not refunding my eBay fees.

Extremely poor service, PayPal could have waited a couple of weeks until resolving the matter
