“Still waiting..”

I recently sent my working phone to Fone bank, after three days I noticed the money had been put in my account. However, it was the incorrect amount they quoted me the email I recieved said that it 'wasnt working'. I sent an email and ten days later I am still waiting for a reply. Very poor customer service.
