Good Points
Clear improvements. Worth the money.

Bad Points
Bit of a nuisance when they slide from their original position after a few minutes!

General Comments
Used Crest White Strips when I lived in the States and noticed an improvement so purchased them online when I got home. I already notice a difference and so do friends and family.

Definitely worth it.
