“ VASTLY improved service”

As a firm believer in recognizing the positive as well as the negative i'd like to add a good review of Blockbuster online rental. I have been with the company now for about 18 months and for a long time i was close to cancelling the contract due to the length of time they were taking to receive and deliver discs. I emailed them about the issue and they refunded me a week as a good will gesture. Sadly this continued for a number of months and i wrote further emails about this which were met with no response. Not great customer service.

HOWEVER..

For the past 3/4 months there has been great improvement in the turnover of discs received and replaced.It now seems to take two days whereas before sometimes i was waiting nearly two weeks! I also find i am not waiting as long for titles at the top of my list. There has also only been one occasion where i have received a damage disc and a replacement came through 2 days later. Still some room for improvement but doing a lot better Blockbuster!
