“Refunds for concessions”

I bought 2 dresses from Rare (Topshop website). I was told my courier for some reason they could not return Topshop items. SO I took them to a store only to be told I could not do that either due to them being from a concession. So I went as instructed as used the dreaded Royal Mail.

4 weeks later no refund. Emailed-no response. Phoned-cut off dead after waiting 5 mins on 2 attempts. The saga continues .............never ordering again!
