I recently signed up with World First in order to setup a wire transfer from the US to Italy. The process was straight froward and I was able to send the wire online with a excellent rate and minimal hassle. I also received fast and helpful feedback to all email questions. In one occasion I called the provided toll free US number to contact my rep (Chris) in the UK. To my surprise, no automated answering service was involved...a human operator picked up and transferred me immediately to my helpful rep. Overall very satisfied.
