Good Points
Notice results really quickly, I noticed mine after one day and also the strips are really easy to apply

Bad Points
Once applied it is hard to keep them in place especially the bottom ones so I found it was easier to lie on my back (maybe read a book if you get bored) and they stayed in place pretty well

General Comments
I think this product is quite amazing notice results really quickly and it is quite cheap compared to other whitening products. I have seen some reviews were people say they wish the strips were longer but they covered all my teeth that would be on show even when I do the biggest of smiles, so overall I am very pleased
