“Paid up promptly, no quibbles”

Had to jump through the normal hoops that are a real pain in a bureaucratic very foreign country (must get a crime number within 24 hours). That done though, the paperwork was reasonable, and the paid up promptly. The customer service was friendly and helpful. Not the cheapest, but reputation is very imporatant in insurance so worth paying for the brand.
