I live in Spain and ordered a Petporte cat flap on 27th September when the money was deducted from my card. They said they would send me an email when the goods were transported. On 4th October I send them a reminder and received no reply. I ultimately telephoned them and they said it would be sent the next day. I then received an email telling me the cat flap was incompatible with our electricity voltage (Britain 230v, Spain 230v) and could not be sent. They said they would refund my money in full. I paid 107.32euros and received a refund of only 98.97euros. They told me it was the fluctuating exchange rate. They should have made sure that the goods could be sent BEFORE taking the money. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY.
