I purchased a bag over three weeks ago from the Boohoo website.
The product has still not arrive.
I did the prodcut tracker and it sighted 'problem with address' I had provided the correct address.
I have email Customer Services SIX times and have not been responded to.
Boohoo have taken my money & not delivered my product & it looks as if it will not be arriving.
I will NEVER EVER but from this website again.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
