My experience of Evans Cycles Customer Service has generally been poor. Most notably I ordered a bike from them, waited for it to be delivered to the York shop & they had provided the wrong model. This resulted in a 3 hourwasted round trip for myself. Nobody in the shop was particularly helpful or apologetic & I found it astonishing that none of the staff had spotted the issue, which it took myself around 2 seconds to spot upon seeing the bike. Needless to say I would be unlikely to ever use them again.
