Well! after 4 attempts over 2 weeks trying to renew my policy covering 2 and half hrs on phone with 4 different so called advisors which speak pigeon english got no progress at all,so feeling completely drained of all reasoning i decided to cancell my policy with arriva,but guess what ! this took a further 3 phone calls and 2 e-mails and still my policy was not cancelled, i rang again today another 35 min on phone trying to keep my sanity and reasoning under control which is pushed to the limit by these people, now hopefully my policy has been cancelled, but i have doubt ! i will never recommend this company to anyone,stay well clear even if they do give you the cheapest quote, even 1 star rating is too much.
