“Package second hand goods amd sell as new!”

I bought a light which came in a tatty open box with no instructions. i spent £300 on an experienced electrician trying to get it working. It was clearly faulty so I returned it but They now ignore my calls and emails after trying for several weeks and they appear to have kept the light and my money! Stay away from this cowboy company at all costs!!!!!!
