I'm not one to really write reviews, but WOW! I had to for Southwest. This was hands-down the very BEST flight I've ever flown. Loved the open seating. The service on the plane was OUTSTANDING! The flight attendants were genuinely nice, not fake nice. I was traveling with my 3 children and they were very kind and considerate to my kids and me. I had my 1 year old on my lap and the leg room is incredible. There was plenty of space and we didn't feel squished at all. The only thing I would've liked to know is that I had to have my stroller tagged at the podium BEFORE I got into the boarding line. On other airlines I was able to take it right up to the end of the jetway and have it tagged. On my departing flight from Milwaukee an agent actually found me in the waiting area and tagged my stroller before we started to board. But on my return flight out of Nashville, I had to get out of the boarding line, go back to the podium and have it tagged. I was a little upset because then by the time we got on the plane most seats were taken and I had to sit separate from one of my boys. But the flight attendants even handled that well, checking on my son and letting me know he was okay periodically throughout the flight. And for the steal I got my tickets for - this was just unbeatable! Yay Southwest! I'll probably always look for a Southwest flight before anything else.
