Particularly liked the truncated way of dealing with possible medical complications by asking only about the form of licence held with DVLA - highly effective for car insurance
speed of quote delivery was also highly effecient while the website was very easy to use.
There were no negative elements about using the service though I don't now know how to claim my nectar points as I had to phone Saga for additional information and completed the application form on the phone with their agent - perhaps you could let me know?
