“Could do better”

Ordering was fairly straighforward, and I was able to find what I wanted. There was a good range of products and prices seemed reasonable, but it is impossible to keep track of office stationery prices these days.

There was no dispatch confirmation, so I didn't know when the goods would be on their way. I was also disappointed that one of the items ordered (a box of 100 rather pricey thermal binding covers) was received un-wrapped, and was fairly 'knocked about' by the time I received it, with corners missing, and a few of the covers written off. I should probably complain, but life is too short.
