I had changed my Electricity and Gas supplier via Top Cashback which is a spend of approximately £900 per year. My cashback wasn't reported by the Energy Company so I made an Enquiry to the Top Cashback Customer Service.
I always find the Customer Service Team to be very helpful and informative in all their responses. If I had any criticism it would be that on occasion, replies can take quite a long time, but I think this is mainly down to the Customer Service Team having to wait for replies from the relevant Company they're chasing.
On the whole, I think the service I've received from the Customer Service Team has been excellent.
