“Ultimate ripoff and con artists watch out !!!”

Extremely disappointed by the service and experience that I had at the Cex Bromley store. I brought over my Xbox 360 console +games and Wii console + fit + games for an exchange with laptop. They had few laptops and the ones were more expensive than new ones in the market. Having taken all the pain to bring the stuff over I decided to go for the option of getting a voucher even though it was ridiculously low value they offer. They made me sign few papers, told me that everything needed to be tested and asked me to come the next day to collect the voucher, I informed them it will be the next weekend. I went over after a week only to be told the items have not been tested, I asked them to return my items, they gave back everything except my softwares, apparently I had sold the softwares to them, the consoles are no good to me without the softwares. I was not informed of this treachery by the staff before they cunningly took away my softwares worth over £200 and issued me an exchange voucher for just £12.80.
I am gutted by the experience and not recovered from the shock.
My experience was at their Bromley south store, I would advise people to be extremely cautious while dealing with this store and make sure you are not conned in the way I have been.
