“What's happened to Sainsburys?”

I used to love Sainsburys. It was the only place I'd shop and I'd actually shop there happily. But this last year it has gotten so bad both in service and quality!

Every time I go there they're sold out of the products I need, cant be bothered to go check in the back, and then they give me random days for when they'll have more. I go back on those days and still no stock!

They stopped selling so many things I like and when I ask about them they LIE and make up stupid excuses like the company stopped making it even though every other store sells continues to sell them.

And then today, I'm trying to order something over the phone, I get transferred 3 times to different departments, put on hold each time, and then get hung up on!

I am so done with them! This whole year I kept hoping they'd improve, go back to how they used to be, but they just keep getting worse!
