“Genuinely good service”

I sent the following email to JE James and they suggested I put it on here:

"Just to say thank you, excellent service, bike delivered beautifully prepared.

"I'm will let people know if I feel let down (Rutland's Kona 'ex demo' bikes that've practically toured the world come to mind), so it's right that I praise decent service.

"Thank you, I will certainly use JeJames again, and recommend your excellent service."

I bought a 17-inch Claud Butler Mercury Gold 2010 women's bike for my partner for a spectacular £199. The bike had been well prepared then front wheel removed and bars turned for delivery, it is unmarked and took five minutes to assemble, she's happy, and it is without a doubt a great price.

If all web companies gave this level of service, there would be no High Street.
