I am a IOS developer. I ordered the service and tried to promote my IOS apps.
after few days, there is no single impression or download to one of my top 20 apps on Apple app store.
emailed them several times, no response. called them after a week, one of their guys told me to wait about a week for their decision.
I contacted them 3 weeks later, got response said they could refund my money but want to sell me something else instead.
this is a ridiculous.
I filed an online fraud this morning.
I will never do any business with this company!
